1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to operate exactly one (1) pak34 account. The holding of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used to register. pak34 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak34 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all transactions, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak34 login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. pak34 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that takes place under your pak34 account is deemed to have been carried out by you and you bear full responsibility for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify pak34 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pak34 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time and typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. pak34 may suspend withdrawal capabilities — and in some cases gameplay — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit at pak34 is PKR 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected. Players in higher VIP tiers at pak34 benefit from elevated transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at pak34 will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same legal name as your verified pak34 account. pak34 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. pak34 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds declarations — before processing withdrawals that exceed internal thresholds. pak34 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. 4.4 Deposit Integrity

Funds deposited to your pak34 account must originate from a payment source that belongs to you and from which you are legally authorised to transact. Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through illegal means will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pak34 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion alongside these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the sum of deposit plus bonus, as specified per promotion. Different game categories at pak34 may contribute differently toward the completion of wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pak34 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that may be deemed bonus abuse include but are not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements; or withdrawing deposited funds after claiming a bonus without completing applicable wagering requirements. pak34 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6. Casino Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the pak34 platform — including slots, table games, video poker, and live dealer games — use Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. pak34's live dealer games are operated by internationally licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by pak34 in any way.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects a game in progress, pak34 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund any wagers placed during the malfunction period. pak34 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions and players accept that occasional technical issues may occur. 6.3 Disconnection Policy

Players in Pakistan should ensure they have a stable connection — particularly on Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or PTCL broadband — before commencing gameplay.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

pak34 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet placed on the sportsbook at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once accepted by pak34's system and a confirmation reference is generated. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid, regardless of any amounts that may appear to have been deducted from your balance.

7.2 Odds & Errors

While pak34 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all published odds, manifest errors — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will be cancelled and voided. pak34 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time before or after settlement. Settlement of bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

7.3 Sportsbook Integrity

pak34 has a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, spot-fixing, and any other form of sports integrity violation. Any Player found to have knowledge of, or involvement in, the fixing of sporting events — including cricket, PSL matches, or any other events covered in pak34's sportsbook — will have their account immediately suspended, winnings voided, and relevant information provided to sporting authorities.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets at pak34 are subject to market suspension and withdrawal at any time. pak34 cannot guarantee continuous market availability during live sporting events and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspension or unavailability during in-play periods. Odds on live markets may change rapidly; the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak34 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pak34 games or the sportsbook
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
• Using exploits, bugs, or glitches in pak34 software to gain an unfair advantage; any such behaviour must be reported to pak34 support immediately

• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after legitimate gaming transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak34 support staff or other players through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

pak34's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their pak34 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak34 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the pak34 platform entirely at your own risk.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

pak34's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by pak34

pak34 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice if pak34 determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to pak34, other players, or regulatory compliance. Upon termination for cause, pak34 may withhold or void any balance remaining in the account.

13.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their pak34 account at any time by contacting pak34 support via live chat or email. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed, and any eligible balance will be refunded to a verified payment method registered to your account. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process fully.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your pak34 account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

pak34 may modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak34 holds its gaming licence.
